Customize Your Paddle

All my paddles are made from repurposed wood, usually cedar, pine, oak, black walnut, and “mystery” wood. If you are wanting a paddle made with premium wood types, you will need to source and ship them to me directly. Please understand that I do not make plain wooden paddles, as the art is central to my craft. My paddles are going to either be intricately hand carved or completely covered in wood burning and stain painted art.

Once your custom paddle is constructed, I require half down before starting the art, and I do offer payment plans if needed. My favorite part of the process is to cover the entire paddle with tiny details, especially when they are specific to you! Please provide me with as many photos and ideas as possible; I often like to make river or lake maps with an overarching theme across the paddle, but I’m open to all ideas, and would love to make an eye-catching one-of-a-kind paddle. Woodcarving Art: Classic paddle shapes are included in the prices listed, but if you would like paddle outside of the classic paddle shapes with intricate wood carving, please indicate in your message to me. I do not have a time estimate because it would all determine on what I would be carving, and to what degree of woodworking detail. Woodcarving is show process and I like to use hand chisels and knifes. I will work with you on developing ideas for your paddle.

Wood-Burned and Painted Art: I love creating stories, crazy ideas, and hidden details to the paddles. I can create realism, cartoon, or abstract with my art. Please include photos and as many details as possible with your message to give me a better idea of what you are wanting.
